  After 5 years of constant use, our Maytag Ice Maker suddenly stopped working. Expecting to have it replaced (appx $275) , Mike, the Tech, shoved a wire into a couple holes & rebooted it - Amazing & Honest Work!
  
  We have been purchasing & servicing all our appliances from Busen's since we bought our home 25 years ago. They've always been able to get exactly what we want & their courteous expert service technicians have taken care of any problems that arise. Since economic conditions have moved us out of the middle class, we've starting buying Used appliances from Busen's that are incredibly inexpensive compared to new and come with a 90 day warranty. Six months after buying a used washer, the motor seized up. In recognition of our long-term loyalty, they replaced it at no charge! Lastly, and most importantly, patronizing a local "small box' store where they know your name is the biggest reward of all!

  Really horrible customer service. Tried to return an incorrect part and was sent on a goose chase and received nothing. Do not recommend.
