  The last 3 times I've called in my order. When I get there to pick it up... they've forgotten to make it. My last visit the manager on duty gave zero f@#&s that I had to wait an extra 20 minutes (after waiting 40 already because it took them almost 10 minutes after I got there and paid to discover my order never got made). The cashier was very nice though and apologized and offered me something for the inconvenience. It's a shame the manager was just worried about a package that was delivered earlier that day. The manager was telling an employee it was for the online orders. That she was happy that they wouldn't have to deal with more customers that they do enough already. How are they going to keep up with that if they can't even handle what they have going on now? This location has seriously went down hill in the last few months. I'm definitely going to be going to another location even though it farther away.
